"In this series I'm using oil pastel and acrylic underpainting to imitate and combine some of the discoveries I've made through collage. These six portrait prototypes combine features of family and tribal relatives spanning four generations. Organic elements such as earth, fire, air, and water are integrated to create a sense of vastness."
